The communication after booking had been great, via email and WhatsApp. The allocated driver, Alejandro, messaged that he would be waiting in the airport on the agreed time. We were earlier through security than expected and he was already waiting for us. The van we booked was super nice and clean and Alejandro was helpful with all our luggage. Great service!

definitely worth it. After being on a transatlantic flight, tired and jet lagged our driver drove us straight to our hotel in Segovia , an 1.5 hour trip. Ignacio was pleasant and polite.
