Please fill in our online reservation form, read carefully our TERMS AND CONDITIONS and then make your payment. Once your payment is accepted, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with your transfer service reservation code.
You can pay 100% of the price by credit card in the moment you are making your reservation or only pay a deposit of 20,00€ by credit card now and pay the rest to the driver in cash or by credit card upon arrival.
Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall of the airport/train station, holding a sign with your name on it. In case you have any problem to meet him, please call our 24h Customer Service. Our agents will be glad to help you.
The driver will await you for 60min. In case of no-show or any news from the passenger, he will leave the airport. If you are being delayed more than 30min. after the arrival of your flight at customs or due to luggage handling, please call our 24h Customer Service to make sure that the driver is waiting for you.
Don’t worry. Our driver monitors your flight in the airport’s screens. In case your flight is delayed more than one hour, please call our 24h Customer Service.
If your flight is cancelled, please call our 24h Customer Service as soon as possible, so we can reorganize your transfer service. Please consider possible extra charges.
The vehicle depends on your car selection in the moment of making the reservation. The company reserves the right to send a higher range vehicle with no extra charge for the passenger. In any case, we guarantee medium/high range, extremely safe and comfortable vehicles and highly professional drivers.
Yes. We offer a door-to-door service. We will drive you directly to your destination. Occasionally and due to access problems, the driver may not be able to arrive at the door, but he will stop as near as possible.
Yes. You must take into account the total number of passengers, including babies and children. Please remember that baby car seats are free and we can provide them in most of our activity areas. Please remember to ask for the kind and total number of car baby seats you need when you make your reservation. Baby seats are not available in minibus or coach services.
Each passenger is allowed to bring a standard-sized suitcase and hand luggage. Please read carefully our TERMS AND CONDITIONS. In case you carry extra luggage such as big suitcases, golf bags, diving equipment, bicycles, etc, we must be informed in advance. Please indicate it in the “comments/requests” box of our reservation form.
We can offer adapted vehicles for people with reduced mobility in most of our activity areas. This service is only applicable to private transfer services in 1-4 seats vehicles. Please take into account that in this service, luggage space becomes reduced. We must be informed in advance. Please indicate it in the “comments/requests” box of our reservation form.
